Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee

For payments via Ebanx: “Services,” such as individual courses, online courses, subscriptions, or programs (bundle of multiple courses), are eligible for full refund if and when the following conditions are met: cancellation is requested within 7 days after purchase and user did not access any course enrolled, which includes any individual course within a full program.  If you access any content, you forfeit the possibility of any refund.

For payments via Stripe (credit card) or Paypal: “Services,” such as individual courses, online courses, subscriptions, or programs (bundle of multiple courses), are eligible for partial refund of 70% of the total amount paid if and when the following conditions are met: cancellation is requested within 7 days after purchase and user did not complete 20% or more of any course enrolled, which includes any individual course within a full program. 

If for any reason whatsoever you decide you would like a refund for a digital good purchased within 7 days, you may email us at atendimento@casalnerdnocanada.com.br, and English Nerds Online Courses Inc. will offer you a refund according to your paying method. Should you choose to request a refund, you will be removed from any courses and groups, and will no longer have access to any of the materials contained within. English Nerds Online Courses Inc. will not pay interest on any amounts held.  After the initial 7 day window, all payments are final and non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.

If you ever choose to initiate a chargeback you automatically forfeit your access to any of our courses and accept that you will be banned from ever purchasing from us again. This is irrespective of the outcome of the chargeback.

Subscription renewal is not subject to the Money-Back Guarantee program, even if the user did not complete 20% of any enrolled course. Renewals are considered final purchase and there will be no refunds.
